How Long Can I Provisionally Hold a Date For?

You can place a provisional reservation on your choice of date for up to 72 hours before a deposit is required to confirm booking.

How Many Guests Can You Accommodate in the Day and the Evening?

The Connemara & Salerno Suites can host 120 Day Guests & an additional 60 Evening Guests.

The Grand Marquee can host a minimum of 120 Day Guests and a Maximum of 500 Day/ Evening Guests.

Do the Wedding Suites Have Access to any Outdoor Areas?

Both the Connemara Suite and The Salerno Suite have a stunning outside terrace, perfect to enjoy during the wonderful weather.

Are there any special photography opportunities?

Ingliston’s location is one of the things that really sets us apart from other wedding venues – with beautifully manicured grounds, lake, Italian gardens with Victorian style Gazebo, Fountains and equestrian centre.

What Accommodation is Available?

Our 30 Bedroom hotel built over two floors offers Standard or Deluxe rooms for your wedding guests.

All have Hypnos beds ensuring your guests have an unparalleled level of sleep comfort after a long and exciting day of wedding celebrations. We also have lovely and bright breakfast room, where you can easily spend a couple of hours catching up and enjoying the best start to the day.

Our estate also includes 14 luxurious alpine lodges in a scenic countryside setting, including our stunning Connemara Honeymoon Lodge.

What Honeymoon facilities are there?

We offer two gorgeous places for the happy couple to stay on their wedding night – our Honeymoon Suite in the hotel, complete with lounge are and spa bathroom and our extremely popular luxury 2-bedroom Connemara Honeymoon Lodge which includes an outside sauna & hot tub.

As part of your wedding package, you will receive a luxury overnight stay in our honeymoon accommodation

Is the Venue Licensed for Civil Ceremonies?

Yes, we are licensed for all Ceremonies.

Is the Wedding Venue Available for Exclusive Hire?

Our venue can accommodate two weddings on any given day due to the location of our wedding suites. Timings for each wedding will run one hour apart.

Who Will Be the Point of Contact in the Lead-Up to the Wedding?

We have a team of three dedicated and professional Wedding Coordinators who will all be on hand to assist throughout the planning of your Wedding.

As our office is open seven days a week, we all work together to ensure all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours. We make a point of introducing all of our couples to each coordinator at the time of booking to ensure you are familiar with our team from the very beginning of your journey.

Do I Have to Use Your Recommended Suppliers?

No, we do have a fantastic list of suppliers who we trust and work with regularly, however. you are welcome to use external suppliers of your choice.

Is There Enough Parking for All Our Guests?

We have ample free parking onsite to accommodate your wedding guests.

What Time Can We Access the Venue?

Your chosen Wedding Suite will be opened for the arrival of Wedding Guests one hour prior to the Ceremony time.

Are There Areas for the Wedding Couple to Get Ready in the Morning?

We do not have Bridal Prep rooms; however, we do recommend booking either a Lodge for the night prior and night of the wedding to accommodate bridal preparations on the morning of the wedding and prevent any check-outs from taking place for the wedding party on day of the wedding.

Are There any Décor Restrictions?

We do not allow Confetti (including Biodegradable or Rose Petals) or Crystals. We also do not allow naked flames to be used for décor down the wedding aisle or within centrepieces during the Evening Reception.

Do You Offer a Complimentary Menu Tasting Within the Catering Cost?

We do not include our Menu Tastings within our Wedding packages; however, we do offer a discounted rate of £25pp for the Bride and Groom to book a Menu Tasting which is prepared by our Head Banqueting Chef to ensure the food is as exactly as served on your Wedding Day.

Do You Cater for Vegetarians?

Absolutely, we cater for all dietary requirements.

Are Crockery and Linen Included in the Price?

Each of our Wedding Packages are inclusive of crockery, cutlery and table linen. The only exception to this is our Self-Catering package, which is available to book within our Grand Marquee, as this is a simple shell scheme.

What Size of Tables Do You Have?

We use 5ft Rounds within our Connemara and Salerno Suites accommodating up to 10 guests per table and 6ft Rounds within our Grand Marquee, accommodating up to 12 guests per table. Our top tables within our Connemara & Salerno Suites can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests

Can You Accommodate a Live Band or DJ? When Can They Set Up?

Of course, we often have DJ’s, bands and musicians performing during weddings. They will be provided with access for set-up one hour prior to their performance time.

What Time Will Our Evening Reception Need to Finish?

Our late license runs until 1am. Last orders at the bar will be called at 12.30am

Could We Plug an iPhone into Your Sound System?

We cannot offer access to our PA System via iPhones/iPads. We recommend couples provide a small portable speaker to use during the Ceremony.

We use our in-house PA System to play background music during the couple’s Drinks Reception, Wedding Dinner and Evening Turnaround.

Do You Have Disabled Access?

Our venue and Wedding Suites are fully accessible for wheelchair users and guests with limited Motability.

How Much Will the Initial Deposit Be and When is the Final Payment Due?

The initial deposit to book your Wedding is £800 with 25% of the remaining balance due 12 months prior, 50% of the remaining balance due six months prior and the final balance due one month prior to the date of the Wedding.

Do You Allow Dogs to Attend the Wedding Ceremony?

We do! We allow our couples dog to be present at the ceremony and part of the photographs thereafter.

What’s the Wedding Cancellation Policy?

  1. If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, this must be done in writing.
  2. All contractual payments made are non-refundable.
  3. For cancellations made more than 12 months prior to the date of the wedding, the customer shall forfeit the Booking Fee.
  4. In addition to the payment under clause 12 above, for cancellations made fewer than 12 months but more than six months before the date of the wedding the customer shall pay 25% of the remaining balance.
  5. In addition to the payment under clause 12 above, for cancellations made fewer than six months but more than four weeks before the date of the wedding the customer shall pay 50% of the remaining balance.
  6. For cancellations made fewer than one month prior to the date of the wedding, the customer shall forfeit 100% of the final balance.
