AT INGLISTON COUNTRY CLUB AND HOTEL WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A SALES AND EVENTS MANAGER: A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED HOSPITALITY SALES AND EVENTS PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN THE BUSINESS AT AN INCREDIBLY EXCITING TIME.

THE ESTATE

A picturesque resort set in a 90 acre private estate, Ingliston Country Club and Hotel is close to Glasgow Airport and perfectly located in between Glasgow City Centre and Loch Lomond.

A family owned and managed business, Ingliston Estate includes an award winning conference and wedding venue with three elegant suites, a boutique hotel, luxury lodges, Palomino’s restaurant and an Equestrian Centre – with exciting plans for continued growth in the coming months.

As part of this growth, we are looking to add to our Senior Management Team with a new position of Sales and Events Manager.

THE ROLE

Joining a strong and established team, the Sales and Events Manager will bring experience of excellence within hospitality and sales to ensure strong customer engagement and future focus.

The role is varied and will focus on a wide range of areas, from Corporate Partnerships to Weddings and Events, bringing flair and expertise to broaden the Ingliston audience through exceptional guest services and ensuring standards are always kept high.

Ingliston’s “One Team” culture means that the ability to demonstrate strong organisational and people skills is incredibly important.  Working with all departments within our Estate, the Sales and Events Manager will help guide, support and lead our teams, both in terms of weekly and monthly planning and managing day-to-day operations

THE PERSON

Excellent management and development skills are essential, as is a strong track record in sales. It is anticipated a minimum of five years’ experience within the hospitality industry would be beneficial to deliver successfully within this role.

Commercially minded, innovative and with high expectations of yourself and others, the successful candidate will demonstrate passion by bringing new ideas to the table, delivering on their promises and inspiring those around them.
