Do you need a membership to get in?

Not at all, Ingliston extends a warm welcome to all visitors.

Do you have a restaurant?

Palomino’s Restaurant & Cocktail Bar offers everything you need for a truly stylish dining experience all set under the roof of our beautiful Hotel, Country Club & Equestrian centre. Visit here for more information.

Are there any Golf Courses close by?

Ingliston is ideally situated with access to many of Scotland’s best golf courses, from our local clubs in Erskine, Kilmalcolm, Loch Lomond and Elderslie to Gleneagles, Turnberry and St Andrews all within a few hours drive away, you will be spoiled for choice.

Where is the nearest airport?

Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is ideally locate 13 minutes (9 miles) from Glasgow Airport. Flight information, visit glasgowairport.com

Is a shuttle service available to and from the Glasgow Airport?

No, we are 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport by car/taxi, we recommend Renfrewshire Cabs who we use frequently to transfer our guests.

Where is the nearest train station?

Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is locate 6 minutes (1.9 miles) drive from Bishopton Train Station, for live Departure & Arrivals train times, visit scotrail.co.uk

Does the hotel have on-site car parking?

The Hotel and Restaurant has ample parking, there is also parking at each individual lodge.

Check-in time?

Hotel check in 3pm & Lodge check in 4pm, please contact us if you require an earlier check-in, please contact us and we will try and accommodate this.

Check-out time?

Check-out time is 11:00am, unless this differs on a special offer. A late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability for a small charge of £10)

What is your full cancellation policy?

Hotel Room Reservation – Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or in the event of non-arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and will be charged to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking. If you book an advance purchase rate, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lodge Reservations – Upon booking you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Cancellation’s within 14 days of arrival or in the event of non-arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and will be charged to the credit/debit card used at time of booking.

How can I amend a reservation?

How can I cancel a reservation?

Call our reservations team on 01505-864-333. If you have booked through a 3rd party you must contact them direct.

Is room service available? If so, at what times?

Room service is available 7 days a week, between 12pm & 9pm.

Is there a smoking and non-smoking policy in the rooms?

All of our rooms and lodges operate a NON SMOKING policy.

Do you have rooms that have services for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have 2 adapted rooms within our Hotel and one adapted lodge available.

How many bars does the hotel have?

Whilst There is no bar within the Hotel, our residents are welcome to use Palominos bar and we also offer drinks to hotel and lodges with our room service.

Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?

Owing to health and safety Dogs are only welcome within our lodges (a charge of £10 per dog applies) the Connemara lodge is the only lodge that does not accommodate dogs.
