We are seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Ingliston family.

Palomino’s at Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is an award-winning busy and popular restaurant with a team to match.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your role includes: 

 Working alongside and supporting the Restaurant Manager

Preparation and allocation of rotas

Team briefings (pre- and post-shift)

Close Liaison with the kitchen

Overseeing bookings on our booking system Open table

Responsible for daily operation of the Restaurant

Welcoming all guests and delivering exceptional customer service

Following opening and closing of the business procedures

Managing and directing staff members

Communicating with the wider team on any important issues and ideas

Handling and resolving feedback or issues as they arise

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year experience working within a similar role

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work well as part of a team with great interpersonal and communication skills

Available to work weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis
